PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
A Pre-Order item will specify the Estimated Dispatch Date. The estimated dates are not guaranteed and can change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant changes to these dates.

Standard shipping may take longer during busy seasons.


• Please make sure your order is correct. No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed.

•Gift Card purchases do not count towards the Free Shipping thresholds - to achieve Free Shipping, you must spend over the threshold for your country on physical products excluding Gift Cards.

•For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay customs duties & duty tax on your orders. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods. If you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded.
