RETURNS POLICY

 If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, it can be returned to Milly Mae for online credit provided the items meet the following conditions;

  • It must be unworn, unwashed and with all original labels attached.
  • It must be returned within 14 days of being received.

Milly Mae does not offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless they are found to be faulty, so please ensure you choose your items carefully.

Please email us at contact@millymae.co.nz with your name, order number, the item/s you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please allow 2-5 business days for the return to be processed. Please note, the cost of shipping the returned item is the buyer's responsibility.

Please send your return via tracked shipping as Milly Mae is not liable for any missing returns. We can only process the items once we receive them.

Milly Mae reserve the right to reject a return that does not meet the eligibility criteria. Returned items that are not in their original condition will be send back to the buyer. 
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    FAULTY ITEMS
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 business days if you find the item to be faulty or if you have receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
